This beautiful house is one of the newest in the area and available for rent on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Villa de los Suenos is a 3 level, 6,028 square foot house that is fully furnished and has wireless internet and satellite TV. This private retreat has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. On the main level, there is a great room, a large gourmet kitchen, a half bath, and a two car garage. From the great room and kitchen beholds an enormous outside covered balcony with incredible views of the ocean, as well as the surrounding mountains. The middle level has two large master suites on either end of the house. One of the master suites has a king size bed and the other has a queen bed.  Both have double vanities and built in walk in closets. Also on the second level is a middle bedroom with a queen bed and attached private bathroom. There is also a large covered balcony on the second floor serving all of these bedrooms. The bottom floor has two bedrooms, one of which is occupied by the housekeepers. The other bedroom has two twin beds and a sofa bed that can sleep two.  There is a laundry room on this floor with a washer and dryer. The housekeepers service the house on a daily basis. Cooking and additional services are also available, if desired. The home is non-smoking, however; you may smoke outside. Pets are not allowed.
